Services
Sirpam Labs may provide:
- 3D printed products
- Custom fabrication services
- Web design and development services
- Electronic project services
- Apparel and merchandise
- Other related products and services
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any order
- Cancel fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Modify product specifications when necessary
Product Variations
Due to the nature of 3D printing and manufacturing:
- Minor cosmetic differences may occur
- Colors may vary from product photos
- Layer lines and manufacturing marks may be visible
- Dimensions may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances
Such variations shall not be considered defects.
Custom Orders
Custom-made products, personalized products, prototypes, and commissioned work are produced according to customer specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production.
Intellectual Property
Customers must have the legal right to submit any files, designs, logos, trademarks, or content provided to us.
Sirpam Labs reserves the right to reject content that may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Pricing
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
Payment
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and other approved payment providers.
Orders may not enter production until payment is successfully completed.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Weather conditions
- Government actions
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Refund and Return Policy
Eligible Claims
Refunds or replacements are available only if:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping; or
- The wrong product was delivered.
Required Evidence
To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must provide:
- A continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Notification within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in denial of the claim.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect customer orders
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Minor cosmetic variations inherent to manufacturing
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper use, modification, or installation
Resolution
Approved claims may be resolved through:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund
The method of resolution shall be determined by Sirpam Labs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Sirpam Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Safety Disclaimer
Certain products sold by Sirpam Labs may be functional, mechanical, electronic, decorative, or experimental in nature.
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability of products for their intended use.
Products are not certified for safety-critical applications unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Our products must not be used in:
- Life-support systems
- Medical devices
- Aviation systems
- Critical automotive safety systems
- Any application where failure may result in injury, death, or significant property damage
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
